Welcome

Hello, and welcome to my latest endeavor, as a Grief Recovery Method Specialist. For years, I’ve been looking for a way to share my story and help other’s feel they are not alone in their grief, I just wasn’t sure how to define what I was feeling, until now. For too many years, I let myself suffer in silence, afraid to vent as I always heard the normal helpful suggestions like just get over it, or move on and forget about it. One thing about grief, it is completely unique to each of us and we all experience everything differently. I’ve talked with doctors who medicated me and promised me it would help ease the anxiety and stress I was feeling. All the medication did was numb the feelings and make me feel like I was merely existing. I tried talking with a therapist and usually ended up leaving, feeling more stress and emotion about being unheard and not understood.

This method was suggested to me by a good friend, and I’m forever grateful that she thought of me when she was working to heal her own heart. My Body and brain were both so stressed out that they weren’t working well. Since I began my healing journey, I’ve seen a huge difference heath wise, my allergies have drastically improved. My body has let go of a lot of inflammation and I’m on the road to feeling my old self again in all the ways! Again, I would like to welcome you to walk this journey with me not just seeing my healing continue but watching yourself heal using this invaluable method of heart healing!
